Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site there were rolls of garbage bags sitting on a change table. The director removed the plastic bags to an area out of reach of children at the time of the site visit. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(a): At the time of the site visit there were two storage areas (chain link fence enclosures) with a HVAC unit with a fan that has openings big enough for a child's fingers to get through that were accessible to the children.
